All intellectual property in the platform belongs to Pontech Group L.L.C. or its partners.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
- Use bots, scrapers, or exploit vulnerabilities
- Impersonate others or submit false info

4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

5. Updates and Modifications
We may update the App without prior notice. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
